Job Description

Supervise and manage the execution of civil construction projects on-site
Ensure that all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth progress
Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting

Qualification

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of civil construction methods and local regulations
Proven ability to manage on-site teams and work under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
